Aberglasney Gardens Vintage Summer Collection

I enjoyed Aberglasney Gardens so much, I wanted to do a quick revisit to the photographs that I had taken and use Fujifilm X Raw Studio to convert the raw files into my classic MGA Vintage Summer recipe. What we have here are a selection of different photos in different crops and a very distinct vintage vibe. I could have been there with my Fujifilm Instax camera! (Actually, I SHOULD have taken my Instax camera with me!)

Raw files were placed into Fujifilm X Raw Studio where the Vintage Summer recipe was applied at +2/3 stops. They were then converted in camera to be identical to as if they were taken with the camera at the time. From this they were loaded into Photoscape X Pro where I selectively square cropped for different compositions and then added the frame. The images of the mansion had perspective correction applied where needed.

Some people may wonder why I do this, the answer is simple, I enjoy it, I enjoy the vibe the images give and most importantly it’s a bit of fun that relaxes me.

If you enjoyed, please like, comment and share and support me!

Thanks, Mark.

  1. Hey Mark, great ! I especially like the one with the text on, just like in the old days, gives that extra bit of nostalgic feeling. The pictures are all beautiful, I just would have liked to see them a bit bigger, on the other hand they are now just like a real Polaroid on a computer screen, hmm difficult choice. have a great weekend !

    1. Cropped to 800×936 because I’m trying not to fill up my space on the website 🤣 I only crop the Polaroids that small though, usually I crop to 1200 pixels on the longest side.
