It’s been a long time coming, but I thought it was now the time to start creating a video blog for YouTube. This is the first in the series, which will be weekly/fortnightly depending on the time I get to photograph out and about. Please leave feedback for this, it’s my very first one, and like a beta test for upcoming videos!

I’m very new to this, and didn’t want to spend a fortune on new equipment. I used the Google Pixel 6 for all video, and I used VideoPad video editor. It took me a short while to get used to it, but I feel it should be perfect for my current needs going forward.

Hi Mark,
Awesome !
I love documentary style videos of a certain region/country.
Seeing video of the area in combination with the photos,
gives people who don’t know the area (or even the country)
a little bit of an idea what it looks like there.
Also the trip, the people, give us an idea how such a walk goes, and it is also an added value to the photos.
I’m definitely looking forward to more !

Thank you Marc! I’ll be fine tuning things as I go along, including improving the audio quality, so hopefully it can blossom into something even more enjoyable.
