Butterflies, Bees And Macro

I’ve only had chance to pop into the garden lately to take some photos, and they’ve been a great little excuse to practise my skills and not just capturing butterflies and bees, but also getting them into a composition that makes them more interesting.

All photos are taken with the Fujifilm X-T3 and the 18-135mm lens and edited in DXO PhotoLab V5. All images are also edited from the raw files. It’s funny, as I was going to stop using raw and just concentrate on jpeg, but I think over the years with Fujifilm I just lost my way and was caught up in the whole Fujifilm straight out of camera colour science thing.

I hope you enjoy these images, let me know in the comments! I think its going to be a few more weeks before I’m back to 100% fit, but I plan to go out tomorrow and do something a bit different with the camera, plus I’m going away with the family for a few days at the end of this week.

Than you everyone.
