Tuesday 3rd of August was a day of photography, in the morning the grounds of Jersey Park and the reservoir, a little later the church yard, and in the evening a sunset. I tried a number of in camera recipes, plus I used a few other tricks. Here are my favourites from the day.
Part One: The Reservoir and Jersey Park
A wander around these fabulous grounds, now filled with amazing walks and pretty flowers among other great to see.

Part Two: The Graveyard
It’s always great and fascinating to visit churches and graveyards. Sadly, the church was cordoned off, so we were unable to get any good photographs of it.
Part Three: Aberavon Sunset
To end the day, a visit to Aberavon Beach for a sunset. It wasn’t spectacular, but it was lovely to be out and end the day taking some different photographs.
All above images were taken with the Fujifilm X-T3 with Viltrox 23mm F/2.4 and cropped etc in Photoscape X Pro. All colour images have no colour changes, while the monochrome images were transformed to monochrome in the same software using a B&W filter. All film images were taken on the Fujifilm Instax SQ6.

Hi Mark, I just read your comment on my last blog, and also your latest writing here with photos. And again you confirm what I wrote before, interesting writings and beautiful photos. My favorites are numbers 11,12,13,14,18 and 20. The text “Cymru am byth” should be “Wales Forever”. if it’s not right, then we should sue Wikipedia! 😜 It’s a beautiful country where you live, and it’s nice to read about it and see pictures. Great, every time. Take care! Marc.
