Rhosilli Sunflower Fields

What a fantastic day at Rhosilli and the sunflower fields that are currently in bloom there. We decided to take the hour or so trip there and give the boys a few hours to enjoy the day… And they did! It was such a great experience, and one none of us had taken in before.

All images taken on my X-T3 with the 18-135mm which I’m still undecided about, but it’s a useful lens. All images are the jpegs which were shot in MGA Colour Chrome+ and then edited in Photoscape X Pro where they were cropped as needed and I used my Vintage preset that I have been tweaking.

Hopefully you all enjoyed those images! More to come tomorrow from a very different venue!

Please like, comment and subscribe if you haven’t already. Thank you. Mark.

  1. Hi Mark, the terrain and sight there is stunning, it looks that you all had a great time. The pictures are great, your recipe works well.
The lens, well I have it too, you know that, personally it is one of my favorite lenses – top quality glass, water sealed – the only downside is the range I think – if you only have one lens with you, it is just too short, that’s why I bought the 50-230 you recommended, but that should have been wider…
Fuji should make an 18-200 or 18-250 in my opinion, those were the lenses Sigma and Tamron made with thousands if not millions for years, and still today are very popular on Nikons and Canons.
Well, then we have something to look forward to for sure, and to add to our wish list 🙂
    Take care ! Marc.

    1. Thank you Marc, it was a wonderful day. Yes, an 18-200 would be perfect or even a 16-400, not getting too greedy, but it can be done!

Anyway, I’m off for more photos today! Talk soon.
