A Mushroom Hunt (And More) With The Viltrox 56mm

I had the opportunity to go out for a few hours and hunt for some mushrooms to photograph. Although I was after the red variety, I didn’t capture those, but I did capture a few different types. Armed with just the X-T3 and Viltrox 56mm F/1.4 I went on the hunt…

Of course, it wasn’t just mushrooms I photographed, by a couple of other things too.

For these images I used my new Darktable DtStyle preset “Velviatic” which I designed for vibrant images. Based on Fujifilm Velvia, I really like it with landscapes! I’ll be releasing 12 DtStyles for Darktable in the coming week, so if you’re a Darktable user, you’ll have that to look forward to. I’ve already posted examples of the “Futurist” and “Chrome It!” DtStyles on social media.

There’s more coming soon! Please remember to like, subscribe and comment!

Thanks,

Mark.
