A Family Day Out To Singleton Botanical Gardens And Brynmill Park

The school holidays, combined with the bad weather have really made these school holidays hard work this year. However, today the sun was out, so we head over to one of our favourite places and had a good day out!

I took the camera (of course) and it was another great opportunity to use the Fujifilm X-T3 with my brand new 16-80mm lens. All images were edited in Darktable 4.4.2 using the “Velviatic” colour zone.

  1. What a beautiful park, and it looks like you had a nice day by the smiles 🙂
The color rendering of the photos is great.
When I still had the X-H1s, the 16-80mm was a lens I definitely wanted, the range is ideal for various applications. I then read dozens of reviews of it, and I was sure that she was going to be a keeper for me.
In the end it turned out differently for me, but I’m sure you got a top lens.
Congratulations on your new lens Mark !

    1. Thank you. I am enjoying the lens, and what it lacks in length from the 18-135 I used to own, it makes up for with the 16mm, which is much wider! I’m enjoying it, plus it has nice close up ability which I enjoy using.
