A night of surfers at Aberavon Beach in Port Talbot during sunset. Something a bit different to my usual photography and taken in quite challenging conditions with the X-T3 and 50-230mm lens. All images are the straight from camera jpeg image, edited in Photoscape X Pro where I just altered exposure where needed, along with any straightening.
Surfer’s are something I don’t usually photograph, and are not something I go out on purpose to photograph, however I was out with my friend Karl, and he wanted to learn more about his new Fujifilm X-T20, so this was a great challenge!
I wanted to create some sort of movement on some of these images, not just freeze perfectly. This was a bit of fun, and most important, it was just nice to be out!
The slower shutter speed was a really good idea, the pictures look great, and the sunset too.

Thanks Marc. Quite difficult and a few blurry shots, but when it worked I liked the results.
