The great thing about having the Olympus EPL8 is that its so small and compact, that I can take it with me as if its a mobile phone, and capture really good quality images of the family, and they don’t blink an eye as it doesn’t look like my Fujifilm X-T3!
Today was another recon mission for potential walks for my photography group. We visited the old railway line trail at Pontwalby, near Glyneath in South Wales. Here are the photos, edited in Darktable 4.0.1 (because its just had an update!). Enjoy!

And there we have it! Another day in the life of me and the family, in images. Something I can always look back on and enjoy. The trail was great, but I think waiting until autumn arrives will make it much better than it is!
Thank you for your time reading and looking at the photos.
Mark
Beautiful surroundings and nice family photos, the autumn colors will come soon this year I think, the trees have already lost a lot of leaves here, probably due to the drought in Belgium. Maybe it was more humid in Wales ? Anyway, take care Mark !

We’ve had a drought, and this part of Wales is still under drought conditions (with some areas not allowed to use their hose-pipes for watering the garden). There are signs of trees changing colour. I love autumn!
