I have totally changed a section of my website, and introduced a new page. Plus, I have a brand new YouTube video available.
Firstly, I have a brand new section on the website for the new Nikon Cloud Imaging Recipes. You’ll find this by clicking on the “Nikon Recipes” section of the menu! I have moved the original page and re-titled it “Nikon Picture Controls” as this better represents the original colour profiles on older Nikon cameras.
Please visit that Nikon Recipes page and let me know what you think, straight after you have watched this latest YouTube video of me taking a stroll along my local river and prom. This is all literally within a few minutes walk from my home, so you will see what is literally on my doorstep!
Thank you all for your continued support, and I hope you enjoyed that video!

Hey Mark, first of all, congratulations on your dedicated page for Nikon recipes ! It’s clear that a lot of time and effort went into putting it together so beautifully. I really enjoyed the video as well; the setting was great, and it did a fantastic job of showing off the different simulations.
I saw that you’ve also kept your Fujifilm recipes page online, which I totally understand, you created some truly outstanding recipes back in the days.
As for me, I’ve been on the verge of deleting the entire “largest Fujifilm recipes list” for some time now. That whole Fujifilm craze has left a bitter aftertaste. It’s a real shame, especially considering the good and honest creators like yourself and a few others from that period. Unfortunately, a few turned it into a money circus with apps etc, and many others followed.
Anyway, if it’s alright with you, I’d love to write an article about your new page sometime soon. Nikon recipes are a lot scarcer than Fuji ones, so a bit of extra exposure certainly wouldn’t hurt — that is, if you’re okay with it, of course.
As always, all the best,
Marc

Thank you Marc. Yes I kept the Fujifilm stuff up as it still gets a lot of attention. I agree with you about the Fuji community, I was seeing my recipes on paid apps etc, and it really put me off doing what I was doing.
Hopefully with Nikon, things will be a little different. I think they’re generally a different crowd, as the Nikon system isn’t really built on attracting people just because it has old looking colours that kind of resemble film.
I’d love you to write something about the new page, that would be amazing! Thank you.
All the best, enjoy the weekend.
