What Better Than A Fisheye Lens At The Seafront!

This morning I had to pop out to vote for our countries elections, and so I took the opportunity to take along my camera and take some images on the way back from voting. I enjoyed using my fisheye lens at the beginning of the week, and I just wanted to use it today. And what better way, a fisheye on the seafront!

All images are straight from camera using my Premium Nostalgic Nikon recipe. I used my Nikon ZF with the TTArtisan 11mm F/2.8 fisheye lens. All images were shot at F/8, ISO100 and various shutter speeds to control the exposure.

As you can see, if you keep the camera and lens level then the images are not too distorted, however, it is nice to bend reality on some of the photos!

I’m not sure if anyone actually reads this bottom bit, so I could say anything I like! Did you know that I have put up my Nikkor Z24-70mm F/4 and my 14mm F/2.8 lenses up for a quote with MPB? I am changing things up a little bit and thinking of getting the Tamron Z28-75mm F/2.8 for a different kind of workflow for weddings and events. Currently I use my 35mm 1.4 and the 85mm 1.8 or 50mm 1.4, but as we use a flash all the time, I can afford to use F/2.8 lenses!
