I was not planning on going far today but I ended up walking around Fendrod Lake in Swansea for an hour. When I got home, I could not resist the bees in the garden, and so I photographed those too! Just a bit of shutter therapy to keep me sane!
On the way around the lake I had my Nikon ZF with the Z35-100mm F/2.8 and when I got home I swapped out the lens for the Tamron Z90mm F/2.8 macro lens. All images were edited in RapidRaw 1.5.9 from the raw files.
All these files can be seen in full resolution here.

It is always nice to get out and not worry about taking the perfect photograph. Just clicking that shutter button for some therapy. No strain, no stress, just the love of photography. Believe it or not though, it has been too hot for general birds. My plan was to shoot some in flight, and although I had a few gulls, they did not make interesting photographs. So… tomorrow I am potentially out again, this time with my Z150-500mm for some bird photos (fingers crossed).

I love shutter therapy! These are great shots. I like the one where you got the bee’s wings in motion especially. Very cool
