Top 10 Posts Of 2026 So Far Tells A Story

I’ve been monitoring my posts this year, and it has been really interesting. My visitors and views have been consistent the last few years now, rising and dipping seasonally as they always have. The posts though in that top 10 have seen a gradual change. Let us take a look.

#1 – Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo – A Long Term Review

#2 – A Selection Of Darktable Styles

#3 – The Nikon Z6ii – A Long Term Review

#4 – Flashback One35 V2 Non-Disposable Digital Film Camera: In Depth Review

#5 – Retropia Oreo Disposable Camera Lens Review

#6 – New Camera Early Impressions And Review – The G6 Thumb Camera (Kodak Charmera Clone)

#7 – Nikon NX Studio Review

#8 – A Selection Of Darktable Styles – Part 2

#9 – Why I’ve grown to love (and hate) the XC15-45mm

10 – Nikon ZF – A Long Term Review

*** I have not included any pages, just posts. For example the “Home Page” comes out on top, “Portraits, Weddings And Events” comes in 3rd and “Nikon Imagining Recipes” comes 4th. This is strictly to highlight separate posts.

I think it is a really interesting read, just outside the top 10 and within the top 15 you have Olympus Pen E-PL8 2022 new camera review, 7Artisans 14mm F/2.8 (2025) Lens Review and How I set up my Nikon ZF (and other cameras) for accurate and consistent usage in work and play

My daily blogs entries of everyday life or highlighted of my work in weddings/events/portraits are all out of the top 20, and although they get good numbers, it is usually for the blogs where I have shot wildlife or landscapes. I know that people photography is not as popular as wildlife or landscapes.

Conclusion

Looking at the posts that do the best (and looking at the top 50, the trend of the top 10 continues), you will be glad to know that I am working on more reviews. I have a new lens coming to me that is due for release in August (it is currently with the courier) and I am looking forward to doing a series on this new Z-Mount autofocus lens, plus I will keep up with the software reviews and hardware reviews.

Unlike so many other reviewers, I actually use the equipment I have, and tend to review it after extensive use in work and play. The same goes for software, I will always use it in great detail first, and usually won’t review it until I am confident that I can use it in a workshop so others understand its pros and cons.

I would love your feedback on this post, it is always interesting to hear what others say. Thank you for taking the time to read it.
